She specialises in developing people to lead in projects and rapidly changing environments and also consult on the people elements of change programmes. Bekka is a world-class coach with 30 yrs experiences making change happen as a leader, project manager & coach, across a broad spectrum of functions in a wide range of industries globally. She succeeded in high profile roles including in Organisational Design with Cadbury Schweppes. She’s worked with household brands, businesses in the technical arena & with some incredible service businesses. Bekka has also run her own businesses & lead volunteer teams. She put clients first, listens, understands, energises & brings a different way of thinking. She is known for getting to the heart of the matter & seeing things from different perspectives, then finding pragmatic solutions that get results. Bekka is also the host of The Curious Choice Leader Podcast.

Simon has worked in projects since ’79, in the PMO space since ’99 and training since before PMO – mostly in blue-chip environments across Banking, Defence, O&G, not for profit.

Amir Younes is Vice President of Client Success at Wrike. During his time at Wrike Amir has built and led an internationally recognized client success team and has helped take Wrike from a $35M company to $100+M. Over his 20+ years career, Amir has led organizations in the technology, government, retail, healthcare, financial services, and consulting sectors in the US, Egypt, Peru, and Chile. Before joining Wrike, Amir was a senior leader at both Rocket Fuel and Medallia, and a strategy consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Booz Allen Hamilton. A world traveler, Amir has visited 33 countries and 32 states, speaks English, Arabic, and Spanish, and is an avid scuba diver. He lives with his wife and two 1/2-year-old daughters in San Diego, CA. Every morning you can find Amir indulging his inner coffee snob over a cup of Sulawesi Toraja or Sumatra Mandheling.

Lisa-Ann is an experienced consultant, teacher, and author passionate about improving how projects are managed – by organizations, teams, and people. She believes that everyone – organization and individual – needs a productive Project Management Mindset to achieve their goals, and works with them to build that mindset. Lisa-Ann works with organizations to assess pain points, identify solutions, and implement changes to how projects are identified, prioritized, planned, and monitored. She also works with individuals to improve their skills in project management and leadership through on-site, on-line, and hybrid training and coaching programs. Lisa-Ann is adjunct faculty at Northwestern University, recently published two books on project management, is launching a new curriculum of online learning resources.

An accomplished PMO Director and people leader, Sherry James, PMP has been actively engaged on the speakers’ circuit for well over 10 years. Her presentations have taught audiences next-generation leadership, corporate mental health, suicide prevention, and leadership development. Ms. James created the non-profit #2020Lives Changed, Inc to touch 2020 lives by facilitating difficult conversations regarding mental health and suicide prevention.
