Eman Deabil is a professional management consultant with 15+ years of total diversified experience, doctorate student, published author, and seasoned speaker/trainer. She obtained a Diploma in ESG from the Corporate Governance Institute. Her MBA is in Project Management and she’s the first certified PfMP Bahraini woman, has IPMO-P, PMP, PRINCE2, Strategy Implementation Professional, and Balanced Scorecard Certified Practitioner. Eman participated as a jury member in PMO Awards competitions. In May 2020, the projects she led were awarded the 3rd and 5th place in the PMO Hackathon organized by the PMO Global Alliance.

With over 15 years of experience in government and private sectors, he excels in PMO leadership, project delivery, strategy execution, and stakeholder engagement. Paul prioritises team development and fosters a engaged work culture to deliver sustainable results. Beyond his professional achievements, Paul is an Australian and has an interesting background as an ex-professional singer and wannabe Pickleball pro. He brings a unique approach to his presentations, incorporating wit, humour, and real-life anecdotes to illustrate key principles.

Her approach ensures that a pragmatic approach is taken to programme and project delivery, grounded in research and best practice, tailored to suit the culture and maturity of the organisation. She works across a wide range of industry sectors including transport, defence, financial services, pharmaceuticals, defence, utilities and the public sector.
