Elizabeth Harrin, FAPM, is an author and mentor who helps project managers and their teams get more done with less stress. She does that through straight-talking, real-world advice, based on her 20 years in project management roles. Elizabeth has written 5 books about project management: Shortcuts to Success: Project Management in the Real World (which was a finalist in the Management Book of the Year Awards 2014 and now in its second edition), Collaboration Tools for Project Managers, Communicating Change, Project Manager, and Customer-Centric Project Management. She is currently working on a new book on stakeholder engagement which will be out in 2020. She’s also the award-winning blogger behind the site A Girl’s Guide to Project Management. Elizabeth holds degrees from the University of York and Roehampton University. She supports project managers through her mentoring programme and also contributes to a variety of other initiatives including sitting on the advisory board for the RISE Being Lean and Seen programme at Liverpool John Moores University.

Nicole Jones, CPM has over 7 years of project management experience working with companies such as SunTrust Bank, Pittsburgh Steelers, Equifax, PVH, Hewlett-Packard and more. She was featured in Women of Project Management Masterclass 6-part series and was also team lead for Community Consulting Teams of Atlanta. Her goal is to support businesses in streamlining operations and accomplish their project strategies. Passion: Leverage corporate planning knowledge to catapult emerging businesses and entrepreneurs beyond their goals.

I understand the issues organizations face when building and sustaining diverse teams as well as the challenges women encounter in achieving career success. My wealth of knowledge in delivering change outcomes for large multinationals, government bodies and organizations, combined with my passion for seeing women in STEM achieve career success, has lead me to develop tools that supercharge their performance and results. I help: STEM Teams: Improving the diversity of teams by providing the tools, training, coaching they require to achieve sustainable success. I believe that diversity in teams in STEM organizations is important, enabling them to implement change/transformation initiatives that are critical to ongoing longevity. With the right focus, organizations can attract and retain exceptional people. Professional STEM Women: Giving women the confidence, tools, and skills to have the career they want with 1 to 1, group and mastermind coaching and training. Although not true for every woman, I have found that some don’t have the same career success as their male peers. While there are many reasons for this, it is important that women have the tools, strategies, and knowledge on how to achieve their own career success. I am the author of ” Age Defying Careers – A guide for women at 40”. The book is a how-to book on how to transition to the career they want.
