Lindsay has over 20 years of experience in project management and PMO. She is a Director at PMO Learning, a training company dedicated to PMO, and Co-Founder of the House of PMO, a professional membership organisation for PMO practitioners. Lindsay co-authored the PMO Competency Framework and edited the Handbook of People in Project Management. Lindsay frequently speaks on project management and PMO career topics and offers one-on-one coaching to those seeking to advance their careers in PMO. She loves walking her dog Reginald, an avid reader and collects gin, not necessarily at the same time!

Andy Kaufman, PMP is a recognized expert on leadership and project management, helping organizations around the world improve their ability to lead and deliver. Andy works with leaders at the United Nations and other global clients to improve their ability to deliver on their initiatives. Before becoming an internationally sought-after speaker, Andy started as a software developer and was promoted into management for all the wrong reasons! Michael O’Brochta, PMI-ACP, PMP, has worked in project management for over thirty years at the CIA where he led the development of highly complex, top-secret projects, programs and systems, and where he led the development of their project management and systems engineering training and certification program to mature practices agency-wide. As founder of Zozer inc, he helped develop and implement the new government-wide Federal Acquisition Certification for Program and Project Managers; through his consulting, he is helping organizations raise their level of project management performance. Mike recently served as Chair of the PMI Ethics Member Advisory Group. He is a sought-after speaker and has been featured in PMI Today, PM Network, CIO Magazine, Information Week, Government Executive Magazine, and ProjectManagement.com. Mike writes and speaks extensively about project management, and since his climb of another of the world’s seven summits, he has been exploring the relationship between project management and mountain climbing.

David Barrett is a professional speaker, regular blogger, podcast host, author of 8 books and project management education advisor to numerous universities in Canada. David’s career includes the creation and directing of a project management conference business called ProjectWorld ProjectSummit, a training company, a software development firm, a speaker bureau, a project management portal called ProjectTimes.com and a project management event series called ProjectTalks. Most recently, David has launched a project management video web site called ProjectBites.com

Carl Pritchard is a recognized authority in project and risk management. He is the author of seven texts, two exam practice interfaces, and the voice of “The Audio PMP Exam Prep” (CRC Press) (many of which Laura Barnard devoured when studying for her PMP in 2004). He is the US Correspondent for “Project Manager Today (UK)”, and sits on the board of directors of ProjectConnections.com.

Amireh is the managing director and owner of PMO Solutions, a boutique PMO service provider for Tier One project delivery organisations. She created the PMO Solutions Framework, which moves beyond simplistic PMO models through a four-dimensional, wholistic examination of the current business structure to drive future synergistic growth. The Framework is currently implemented within several Downer Group business units and is resulting in significant cost and operational efficiency gains. Amireh is a PMO professional with over 20 years’ industry experience. She holds a Master of Information Technology from Macquarie University and is currently completing an MBA from the University of Sydney as well as being certified in PMO-CC, PMI-PBA, PRINCE2, and P3O. In addition to her formal qualifications, she is also a certified project management instructor and mentor. She has worked across various PMO platforms in Australia and abroad and is well-versed in the tailored PMO requirements to individual business needs. Amireh is an expert in developing project-specific workshops and training programs. Previous work experience with blue-chip companies such as Leighton Holdings and Downer EDI, as well as public service statutory organisations such as Sydney Water and the NSW Government, has given her a broad understanding of the nuances inherent with both private and public operations. Recently she is appointed as Chief Project Officer (CPO) for PMO Global Alliance.

Simon has worked in projects since ’79, in the PMO space since ’99 and training since before PMO – mostly in blue-chip environments across Banking, Defence, O&G, not for profit.

Colonel Steve Corcoran retired from the United States Marine Corps after 28 years of active service. Commanding at every level in the most austere and challenging environments, he successfully led the nations finest and was recognized for distinguished service in combat and peacetime. Steve has been the Chief of Cyber Strategy for the Telos Corporation since retiring, successfully taking his leadership knowledge from the Marine Corps, National Outdoor Leadership School into a corporate environment as well as continuing to serve and mentor other veterans transitioning into the civilian workforce. With a strong passion for serving veterans, he sits on the board of directors for Warriors At Ease©.
