Scott Ambler is an Agile Data Coach and Consulting Methodologist with Ambysoft Inc., leading the evolution of the Agile Data and Agile Modeling methods. Scott was the (co)-creator of PMI’s Disciplined Agile (DA) tool kit and helps organizations around the world to improve their way of working (WoW) and ways of thinking (WoT). Scott is an international keynote speaker and the (co-)author of over 25 books, including Choose Your WoW!, Refactoring Databases, Agile Modeling, Agile Database Techniques, and The Object Primer 3rd Edition.

Amireh is the managing director and owner of PMO Solutions, a boutique PMO service provider for Tier One project delivery organisations. She created the PMO Solutions Framework, which moves beyond simplistic PMO models through a four-dimensional, wholistic examination of the current business structure to drive future synergistic growth. The Framework is currently implemented within several Downer Group business units and is resulting in significant cost and operational efficiency gains. Amireh is a PMO professional with over 20 years’ industry experience. She holds a Master of Information Technology from Macquarie University and is currently completing an MBA from the University of Sydney as well as being certified in PMO-CC, PMI-PBA, PRINCE2, and P3O. In addition to her formal qualifications, she is also a certified project management instructor and mentor. She has worked across various PMO platforms in Australia and abroad and is well-versed in the tailored PMO requirements to individual business needs. Amireh is an expert in developing project-specific workshops and training programs. Previous work experience with blue-chip companies such as Leighton Holdings and Downer EDI, as well as public service statutory organisations such as Sydney Water and the NSW Government, has given her a broad understanding of the nuances inherent with both private and public operations. Recently she is appointed as Chief Project Officer (CPO) for PMO Global Alliance.

Nicole Jones, CPM has over 7 years of project management experience working with companies such as SunTrust Bank, Pittsburgh Steelers, Equifax, PVH, Hewlett-Packard and more. She was featured in Women of Project Management Masterclass 6-part series and was also team lead for Community Consulting Teams of Atlanta. Her goal is to support businesses in streamlining operations and accomplish their project strategies. Passion: Leverage corporate planning knowledge to catapult emerging businesses and entrepreneurs beyond their goals.

Luis is a PMO, Program and Project Manager with several years of experience in different industries such as Manufacturing, IT and Insurance among others. He believes that one of the main goals of a leader is to help and develop other future leaders.

Simon has worked in projects since ’79, in the PMO space since ’99 and training since before PMO – mostly in blue-chip environments across Banking, Defence, O&G, not for profit.

Henny Portman is partner of HWP Consulting. He has 40 years of experience in project management. He was the thought leader within NN Group of the PMO domain and responsible for the introduction and application of the PMO methodologies (portfolio, programme and project management) across Europe and Asia. He trains, coaches and directs (senior) programme, project and portfolio managers and project sponsors and built several professional (PM(O) communities. Henny is accredited in a variety of qualifications, including P3O, PRINCE2, MSP, MoP, PRINCE2 Agile, AgilePM, AgilePgM and AgileSHIFT trainer and a SPC4 SAFe consultant and trainer. He is a P3M3 trainer and assessor and PMO Value Ring Certified Consultant (PMO Global Alliance). On behave of IPMA, he assesses mega and large projects for the IPMA Project Excellence Award. In addition to this, he is an international speaker and author of many articles and books in the PM(O) field and blogger (hennyportman.wordpress.com).
