Apriel Biggs is a dynamic executive with more than 15 years of success in technical training, consulting. She is skilled at strategic planning for nationwide implementations, cross-functional leadership, and development of high-functional personnel. She holds the Scrum Alliance CSP-SM and CSP-PO certifications as well as the PMP and has served as an Agile Coach and has held an Executive Leader position at Yale University as Process Transformation Advocate.
Her professional and technical experience spans Aerospace, Hospitality, Commercial Real Estate, Pageantry and most recently, Academia. Known for her candor, vision and knack for bridge building, Apriel is committed to helping women in tech craft their own leadership journeys while maintaining their sense of self. As the founder of Blagile, an organization dedicated to amplifying and elevating Black and Brown voices in agile, Apriel is passionate about creating spaces for technologists to thrive at work.
