She specializes in enabling product teams to focus on customer centricity and arrive at shared understanding towards a common purpose. As an Innovation Catalyst, she coaches teams on how to take an idea from concept to life. She has been a sought-after mentor from various parts of the organisation. In her last role, she enabled collaboration, idea generation, and Innovation in various departments for accelerating Organisation’s growth. Rashmi Fernandes is the first woman Agile Leadership Journey (ALJ)Guide for the Asia-Pacific Region. She is focused on creating psychologically safe spaces, interested in enabling Women for Agile Leadership and her passion for her community brought together a platform for over 1000 underprivileged children to play sports (www.therejuventors.co.in).
Some of her key accomplishments are – she received the prestigious Brandon Hall Award for co-designing and executing an Agile Excellence Program for a MNC. She also designed and implemented a four-credit course for part-time MBA students on Business Agility at a prestigious university in India. She has led many enterprise-wide initiatives like Product Conferences, Product & Scrum Master CoPs, Diversity events and initiatives, Toastmaster’s Club, Leadership Development Programs, Hackathons, Career Development programs, Communication & Quest for Quality programs & Served as Editor for a Corporate Newsletter.
