How PMOs Can Drive Impact Within Organizations As CEO of Computer Aid, Inc. and Founder of The IT Metrics & Productivity Institute (ITMPI), Tony has personally experienced the power of project management done right. His passion led to the creation of The Automated Project Office to help PMO leaders, PMs, stakeholders, and executives get the information they need to drive real-time decision making. This passion is clear as Tony shares his thoughts on the value that PMOs can drive in organizations from the CEO perspective in this interview.

Rich has been successfully delivering change for over 25 years. He has consulted, coached and educated with organizations across all parts of the globe and regularly reflect on his legacy in developing the change delivery model for UK government. Rich is a founding member of the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) and was the founding president of the Toronto Chapter for 6 years. He has also founded the Toronto Change Days conference, based on the highly successful Berlin Change Days, a hands-on weekend of fun learning about change unlike any other change conference in North America! He has a masters in change management and is certified in Project Management, Process improvement, Facilitation, HR, Coaching, Counseling, and Psychotherapy. He is also a Certified Lego® Serious Play® Facilitator & Workshop Designer, Certified in facilitating organizations through uncertainty and complexity and an accredited emotional culture deck “elephant rider”! His presentation delivery is known for its passion and direct challenges to the audience. Scott Ambler is an Agile Data Coach and Consulting Methodologist with Ambysoft Inc., leading the evolution of the Agile Data and Agile Modeling methods. Scott was the (co)-creator of PMI’s Disciplined Agile (DA) tool kit and helps organizations around the world to improve their way of working (WoW) and ways of thinking (WoT). Scott is an international keynote speaker and the (co-)author of over 25 books, including Choose Your WoW!, Refactoring Databases, Agile Modeling, Agile Database Techniques, and The Object Primer 3rd Edition.

Amireh is the managing director and owner of PMO Solutions, a boutique PMO service provider for Tier One project delivery organisations. She created the PMO Solutions Framework, which moves beyond simplistic PMO models through a four-dimensional, wholistic examination of the current business structure to drive future synergistic growth. The Framework is currently implemented within several Downer Group business units and is resulting in significant cost and operational efficiency gains. Amireh is a PMO professional with over 20 years’ industry experience. She holds a Master of Information Technology from Macquarie University and is currently completing an MBA from the University of Sydney as well as being certified in PMO-CC, PMI-PBA, PRINCE2, and P3O. In addition to her formal qualifications, she is also a certified project management instructor and mentor. She has worked across various PMO platforms in Australia and abroad and is well-versed in the tailored PMO requirements to individual business needs. Amireh is an expert in developing project-specific workshops and training programs. Previous work experience with blue-chip companies such as Leighton Holdings and Downer EDI, as well as public service statutory organisations such as Sydney Water and the NSW Government, has given her a broad understanding of the nuances inherent with both private and public operations. Recently she is appointed as Chief Project Officer (CPO) for PMO Global Alliance.

Chris Lewis has over 700+ accredited coaching hours experience for over 100+ clients including C-level leaders, senior managers, and high-performing teams within IT and Agile. The senior-level leadership and high-performing teams have come from companies such as T-Mobile, Amazon, Uber, Fidelity Investments, and Anthem Health, to name a few. Chris’s coaching approach is person-centered and solution-focused. His style as a coach is to be a client's partner in a dialogue. He believes the coaching relationship is a model for meaningful dialogue where the aims are resolution and action points, while trying to find a balance between free-flowing creativity and benchmarks for progress. Chris has a Bachelor's Degree in General Business (BS), a Master's Degree in Business (MBA), and various coaching and Agile-specific certifications (ICF- PCC, CSP, and SPC).

Logan Chandler works with executive teams on the development and execution of strategic plans, organization-wide change efforts, and targeted efforts to drive organization performance He has written numerous articles on strategy development, one of which was recently included in Harvard Business Review’s Guide to Setting Your Strategy published in 2020, and co-authored Off-Sites That Work for the Harvard Business Review. He has consulted in a range of sectors and in private equity, and larger clients have included Rich Products, The Hanover Group, VF Corporation, Bausch+Lomb, Fidelity Brokerage, DuPont Performance Materials, Mastercard International, and Morgan Stanley Global Wealth Management. Logan received an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he taught Business Strategy, a JD from Northwestern University School of Law, and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania.

Peter Taylor is a PMO expert who has built and led five global PMOs across several industries and has advised many other organizations on Change and Project strategy. He is also the author of the number 1 bestselling project management book ‘The Lazy Project Manager’, along with many other books on project leadership, PMO development, project marketing, project challenges and executive sponsorship. In the last 5 years, he has delivered over 340 lectures around the world in over 25 countries and has been described as ‘perhaps the most entertaining and inspiring speaker in the project management world today’. Nicole Jones, CPM has over 7 years of project management experience working with companies such as SunTrust Bank, Pittsburgh Steelers, Equifax, PVH, Hewlett-Packard and more. She was featured in Women of Project Management Masterclass 6-part series and was also team lead for Community Consulting Teams of Atlanta. Her goal is to support businesses in streamlining operations and accomplish their project strategies. Passion: Leverage corporate planning knowledge to catapult emerging businesses and entrepreneurs beyond their goals.

Luis is a PMO, Program and Project Manager with several years of experience in different industries such as Manufacturing, IT and Insurance among others. He believes that one of the main goals of a leader is to help and develop other future leaders.
