Simon has worked in projects since ’79, in the PMO space since ’99 and training since before PMO – mostly in blue-chip environments across Banking, Defence, O&G, not for profit.

With over 25 years of experience in the federal government and as a consultant, Kendall Lott is the CEO/President of M Powered Strategies, Inc, a change management consulting firm in Washington DC that supports organizations in public service. His professional background includes government service as a Presidential Management Fellow and as a career civil servant at the Departments of Agriculture and Justice, as well as service as a Peace Corps Volunteer (Micronesia). His government consulting career has included extensive tours in Jordan, India and Malaysia. A certified Project Management Professional (PMP®), he served as a volunteer with Washington DC Chapter of the Project Management Institute (PMIWDC) for over a decade, and was an active member of the board for 8 years. His volunteer roles include executive management, as he has been the COO and CEO of PMIWDC, the Executive Director of the Project Management Day of Service, the Chairman of the Board of the PM4Change non-profit organization, and the host and producer of the PM Point of View® podcast. He has won volunteer leadership awards with PMI at the regional and nation level. In 2017, he completed a thru-hike of the 2,189-mile Appalachian Trail. Kendall is a Gallup certified StrengthFinders® coach, and a Myers Briggs Type Indicator coach. He holds a Master of International Relations from the School of Global Policy and Strategy at the University of California, San Diego, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from Indiana University, Bloomington.

Al Comeaux, a former executive at Travelocity, GE, and American Airlines, is a global authority on change from inside organizations. Mike is a leading-edge thinker and renegade who believes that we all must do more to unleash our boundless potential and solve increasingly complex global issues. Henny Portman is partner of HWP Consulting. He has 40 years of experience in project management. He was the thought leader within NN Group of the PMO domain and responsible for the introduction and application of the PMO methodologies (portfolio, programme and project management) across Europe and Asia. He trains, coaches and directs (senior) programme, project and portfolio managers and project sponsors and built several professional (PM(O) communities. Henny is accredited in a variety of qualifications, including P3O, PRINCE2, MSP, MoP, PRINCE2 Agile, AgilePM, AgilePgM and AgileSHIFT trainer and a SPC4 SAFe consultant and trainer. He is a P3M3 trainer and assessor and PMO Value Ring Certified Consultant (PMO Global Alliance). On behave of IPMA, he assesses mega and large projects for the IPMA Project Excellence Award. In addition to this, he is an international speaker and author of many articles and books in the PM(O) field and blogger (hennyportman.wordpress.com).

Colonel Steve Corcoran retired from the United States Marine Corps after 28 years of active service. Commanding at every level in the most austere and challenging environments, he successfully led the nations finest and was recognized for distinguished service in combat and peacetime. Steve has been the Chief of Cyber Strategy for the Telos Corporation since retiring, successfully taking his leadership knowledge from the Marine Corps, National Outdoor Leadership School into a corporate environment as well as continuing to serve and mentor other veterans transitioning into the civilian workforce. With a strong passion for serving veterans, he sits on the board of directors for Warriors At Ease©.

Amanda is a client delivery executive in the Global Enterprise Application team, specializing in complex recovery and transformation programs. Amanda enjoys working with clients to identify, realize and maximize value from their investments.

Bill Dow, PMP is a recognized expert in Project Management by the Project Management Institute (PMI) for specifically developing and managing Project Management Offices (PMOs.) His extensive experience with Project Management and PMOs has enabled him to co-author several comprehensive books available through Amazon.com. Bill has taught at the college level for over 20 years in Washington State, British Columbia, and Ontario, Canada, and has built and ran 10 PMOs across four different companies. He worked at Microsoft for more than 13 years, and is now the PMO Director at the University of Washington Medical.

Lee Lambert, PMP, is a project management industry thought-leader involved in project management for over five decades. He is one of the Founders of the PMP and named a PMI Fellow in 2009. Lee Lambert has provided PM Training for over 50,000 professionals in 23 countries and is currently leading an effort to create an opportunity for senior level professionals to capitalize on the synergy of knowledge exchange through participation in a Mastermind Group Program.

Dr. Douglas M. Brown, the founder of DecisionIntegration.com, provides workshops and coaching to help managers experiencing challenges in bringing needed practices into their organizations. His Simmer SystemSM book series addresses how to work through culture and pragmatic issues to achieve the intended outcome. In 20+ years managing and consulting, he saved millions of dollars recovering failing programs and hundreds of millions through new program concepts. He has been a keynote speaker and provided interactive workshops at numerous PMI venues, ProjectWorld, and PM Summit.
