At ProSymmetry, Greg oversees Tempus Resource global sales and works to ensures a successful transition and deployment with the Customer Success team. Prior to joining ProSymmetry in 2014, Greg was Founder and CEO of SharkPro Software a Microsoft 2012 Partner of the Year for PPM. He then sold SharkPro Software and came to ProSymmetry to help bring the Tempus Resource product to a global audience.

    As prior President & Chief Executive Officer of the Project Management Institute (PMI), Sunil Prashara was the lead advocate for PMI’s global organization, serving more than three million professionals working in nearly every country of the world. His primary responsibility was to implement PMI’s global strategic plan with a priority on strategic focus, customer centricity and organizational agility. This includes expanding the PMI footprint globally, as well as digitizing PMI’s offerings and platforms to benefit its members and a variety of other stakeholders. The plan will also continue to enhance and advocate for the profession of project management. Sunil was named CEO of PMI in March of 2019. He brought more than three decades of valuable global leadership to PMI, with a solid track record of setting and delivering strategy, managing large-scale transformation agendas, and meeting growth targets for international organizations.

Tempus Resource is used by audit, product development, research & development, and IT organizations around the world to forecast, track and manage resources. Combining ease of use with scenario planning and what-if analysis features, Tempus allows businesses to quickly dispose of low value PPM, homegrown and/or Excel-based tools and advance their resource management maturity. Prior to founding ProSymmetry, Sean was responsible for enterprise sales engineering for Microsoft in the midwestern United States. Sean holds his undergraduate and master’s degrees from Columbia University and the University of Pennsylvania.

Specializing in implementing innovative global initiatives, capital projects and product development, Ricardo has directed dozens of projects across industries and continents, managing more than $20 billion in global initiatives over the past 25 years. Ricardo shares his expertise with millions of professionals around the globe through his “5 Minutes Podcast,” which he’s hosted since 2007. He has written 15 books on project management, risk and crisis management, and transformation, which have been translated into six languages and sold more than half a million copies. His influence on the sector was affirmed when he became the first Latin American to be elected Chairman of the Project Management Institute. Ricardo directs the Brightline Initiative, a Project Management Institute think tank bringing together leading organizations into a coalition dedicated to helping executives bridge the expensive, unproductive gap between strategic design and delivery. Prior to his work with Brightline, Ricardo was Director of the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) Infrastructure and Project Management Group, leading more than 1,000 projects and $1.2 billion in humanitarian and development projects. Ricardo holds a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from Federal Fluminense University in Brazil and an undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering, a master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Federal University of Minas Gerais in Brazil.

    Lisa-Ann is an experienced consultant, teacher, and author passionate about improving how projects are managed – by organizations, teams, and people. She believes that everyone – organization and individual – needs a productive Project Management Mindset to achieve their goals, and works with them to build that mindset. Lisa-Ann works with organizations to assess pain points, identify solutions, and implement changes to how projects are identified, prioritized, planned, and monitored. She also works with individuals to improve their skills in project management and leadership through on-site, on-line, and hybrid training and coaching programs. Lisa-Ann is adjunct faculty at Northwestern University, recently published two books on project management, is launching a new curriculum of online learning resources.

    Philip Martin is CEO of Cora Systems. Philip worked for a decade in engineering and management roles, primarily for the telecommunications industry, before founding Cora Systems in 1999. Drawing on 30 years’ experience in the portfolio and project management industry, he has built a global client base across Europe, the Middle East and USA. He previously held positions with major US multinationals, including 3Com, Tellabs, DSC and Pulse Engineering. Philip is an electronic systems engineering graduate of Ulster University.
