Michael has had an extensive career on both sides of the Atlantic. Originally from Los Angeles, Michael has called Vienna, Austria his home for over 30 years. Apart from holding experience within Service Delivery and Product Management, Michael has more than 20 years experience within the Project Management, Program Management, Portfolio Management and Business Analysis domains. In addition, Michael is teaching Agile Organization at a local University in Vienna.

Stuart Easton is the founder and CEO of TransparentChoice. He is on a mission to help PMOs deliver successful projects. A guest lecturer on project prioritization at the University of Oxford, Stuart also speaks at various PMO conferences and events. His talks usually focus on how PMOs can deliver strategic value, identify waste and eliminate pet projects.

As an enterprise Agile coach, Paula has empowered people in moving to Agile roles or in ensuring they were a strategic partner in the Agile transformation. She has coached PMO directors, portfolio managers, product managers, Scrum Masters, Agile business analysts, and engineers in their successful transitions. To greatly enhance our training, coaching, and consulting, we utilize reusable approaches to create objective metrics. These approaches are informed by an extensive background in Value Stream Assessments, IT Portfolio Management, Business Intelligence, Business Agility, and Agile. To extend my contribution and service, I have partnered with Donna Wells. Donna has coached hundreds of leaders in how to transform their organizations. Rich Stewart, our advisor, created a PMO for the largest insurance company in Florida and is now the Global Head of Business Agility Solutions for IHS Markit.

Anu is the President and Founder of Capala Consulting Group, LLC where she specializes in Executive coaching and Agile Transformations. She is also an Enterprise Agile Coach and Certified Scrum Trainer® – providing education and coaching, consulting services to clients across the United States. An IT professional with over 25 years of industry experience, Anu holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from Osmania University in India and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Bowling Green State University, Ohio.

Scott Payne has reinvented the process and focus of PMP preparation as the founder of PM Master Prep. Abandoning the traditional memorization focused methods, Scott created an entirely case story focused accelerated PMP training method. Engaging and interactive the PMP Accelerator Method not only helps students learn faster and retain more, but it also drastically improves the student’s skills as a project manager. Angela has 18 years experience in the Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and Enterprise Work Collaboration space. She spent 13 years at Oracle in Product Management and then Solutions Engineering, focused on the Oracle PPM suite. She was a known go-to expert on PPM, and brought into the most complex sales opportunities across the world. Given the diverse nature of the PPM customer base, she’s supported numerous vertical industries, including Engineering & Construction, Professional Services, Oil & Gas, and Public Sector. For the last few years, she’s been a visionary leader at Clarizen, the leader in enterprise work collaboration and project management solutions – where she relishes in the challenge of evangelizing Clarizen not only as a PPM tool, but as a platform that allows everyone in an enterprise to manage all aspects of work.

Lori oversees all product marketing activities for Clarizen, a leading collaborative work management solution. She has more than 20 years of high-tech marketing experience at Apple, Turn, mBlox and other companies.

Joel is a professional Gorilla talker, tackling tough issues no one wants to deal with that are killing our teams and organizations. He is dedicated to solving challenges associated with enterprise programs and projects. With over 20 years of experience managing or developing programs, he has learned that the most successful are those associated with lean and agile techniques as well as a strong focus on engagement and happiness. Having worked in roles across the product and development organization he understands challenges facing businesses trying to grow and scale. He helps these organizations navigate change while guiding teams to happiness.
