Joe Pusz, PMO Joe is an internationally recognized leader in the Project Management and PMO community. He is the Founder and President of THE PMO SQUAD, a Phoenix based PMO and Project Management Consulting firm serving clients across the United States. He is host of the Project Management Office Hours Radio Show and Podcast providing Project Management Leaders a voice within our community. Now in the 4th season the show has over 30 million plays and downloads featuring guests from around the world. Joe is also Co-Founder of VPMMA, the Veteran Project Manager Mentor Alliance which is a 501c3 Non-Profit Organization assisting Veterans seeking to transition into civilian Project Management careers. Joe is also Founder of The PMO Leader global community. The PMO Leader is the only global ecommerce community for PMO Leaders and teams to share content, gain knowledge and exchange experiences. He is also a recurring Judge for the Global PMO Awards. Joe is PMP certified and is a long-time member of the Project Management Institute.

Sherild Sanfeliz is a journey-woman Scrum Master who’s done it all. As a programmer, BA, SA, QA manager, and Scrum Master, she holds deep empathy for her teams but refuses to let them off the hook. She believes there is always room to grow professionally and personally if you are willing to recognize the need for change to accomplish greater and bigger things and work on it. She is based in the greater Tampa area and is a proud graduate of the University of Puerto Rico Bayamón.

She is CEO and founder of a management consulting firm focused on revitalizing team dynamics and strategy execution. Collaborating with C-level executives, Annmarie employs a results-driven approach to tackle unique challenges, offering bespoke action plans, training, and coaching. Her mission: to cultivate collaborative, high-impact teams that exceed organizational goals and deliver exceptional value to stakeholders and clients. Annmarie has a BSc in Applied Computing from University of Ulster, Ireland. She holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) credential from the Project Management Institute, the SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) credential and Leading Safe Agilist (SA) credential from Scaled Agile. As a NeuroChangeSolutions certified consultant, Annmarie teaches the NCS Program “Change Your Mind…Create New Results” in team and leadership development programs to unleash the potential in leaders and teams, effectively changing the organization’s culture from the inside out. She is also certified to teach the HeartMath “Resilience Advantage” program.

Gabriele Maussner-Schouten is a respected project consultant and coach with more than 20 years of experience developing and implementing practical solutions for project management success and organizational value. Taking a highly people-focused approach to projects, she emphasizes principles and practices that individuals at all organizational levels can apply to achieve success. Her expertise in managing large projects for both private and public-sector organizations ranges from mission-critical ERP implementations and content management solutions to providing leadership for enterprise-wide communication and change strategies. She also has taught strategic supply chain management at Centennial College and Humber College in Toronto. Gabriele holds an MBA from Dalhousie University and a business degree from Technische Hochschule Nürnberg Georg Simon Ohm in Germany. She received her PMP certification in 2005 and is Six Sigma Green Belt Certified (SSGBC)™ from York University. Gabriele is a registered Coach Practitioner and a member of the International Coaching Federation and is an approved speaker for TEC Canada. She is fluently bilingual in English and German.

Bharat Nain is a Lead Software Developer at WGSN, with 12+ years of experience in software engineering and project management. Over the past decade, he has led several multi-disciplinary engineering teams developing consumer-facing products across the e-commerce and video streaming space. In his work with companies like AMC Networks, Optus Sport, Sundance Now, and The Vitamin Shoppe, he has been able to transform strategic plans into tangible, effective solutions. His hands-on organizational leadership style has enabled him to attract, build and nurture high-performing engineering teams. He began honing his leadership skills more than 15 years ago during his work as a FIRST Robotics technical advisor and mentor, a volunteer role which he continues to this day, managing teams of more than 80 people at international robotics events from Istanbul to Mexico City.

Brian has spent 30 years in product development and project management helping organizations deliver value increasing from their project investments. Prior to co-founding Aspire Innovation he worked in the defense, aerospace, industrial manufacturing, and start-up sectors in engineering, project management, product management, and PMO leadership roles. He has spent the last 10 years coaching organizations to deliver more value from their projects.
