Professor John D. Driessnack specializes in solving wicked problems by combining his industrial systems management engineering and new institutional economics education along with his 35 plus years of project/program/portfolio leadership and management. A prior major program manager, CFO, and lead Logistician within the US Air Force on various joint programs, John today runs Olde Stone Consulting, a niche sole proprietorship. John’s portfolio of work includes Executive Vice President of the College of Performance Management (CPM), Professorial Lecturer at American University School of Public Affairs and Lecturer at Univ of Maryland’s Project Management Center of Excellence. He is also a Professor at the Defense Acquisition University, Defense Systems Management College. John recently has written several papers for PMI with a focus on portfolio management. This led to his selection as the subject matter expert on the congressionally directed Section 809 Panel where he was responsible for the Portfolio Management section. He also was on the core team for the ANSI Standard for Earned Value Management, ANSI/PMI-19-006-2019

As the Chief Product Officer, Matt leads the administrative and product directions and the strategic development of KeyedIn solution offerings. In addition to being a qualified accountant, he is an accomplished leader with over 30 years of experience in all aspects of corporate business systems. Matt has served in leadership roles in Finance, Consulting, Sales, Marketing and Product Development and has contributed to the design of several ERP and business software products. Matt has a passion for delivering corporate and customer success through innovation and the use of new technology combined with best practices to create world-class products and organizations. Throughout his career, he has gained an exceptional talent for improving efficiencies and optimizing strengths. Prior to KeyedIn, Matt held various leadership roles at a number of B2B enterprise software companies. In addition to spending 10 years in Sales and Product roles at Epicor Software, as Vice President of Product Management for Sage Software, Matt managed a software product portfolio contributing in excess of $1 billion in revenue annually to the company. Matt’s deep understanding of the enterprise market and software procurement models coupled with strengths in finance makes him a well-rounded leader that gets results.

Jennifer is a curriculum developer and faculty member at the University of Southern California and has been managing projects, programs, portfolios and PMOs for nearly 30 years for Fortune 500 companies in many different industry sectors. She is a published author and holds PMP, PgMP, PfMP, ITIL, BRMP, CB-PMO, SAFe-SA and SSMBB certifications. In addition to many articles and presentations regarding PMO and portfolio management, she also wrote a chapter in “Portfolio Management: A Strategic Approach”. In 2020, she was featured in “The Perspective of Women Project Management Professionals” by Ipek Sahra Ozguler.

As a PM & PMO Trainer and Consultant, Akbar has helped many organizations and professionals develop their project management capability. Akbar was leading major initiatives at Pelindo 2, Telkom Indonesia, Kepolisian Dalam Negeri, Kepolisian Republik Indonesia, and many other initiatives. He was selected to be the Top 15 PMO Influencer of the Year Award 2021 & 2020 and he was also serving as part of the Judging Committee for the PMO Global Awards 2021 & 2020. Akbar was a co-author of Panduan PMO Indonesia and also listed as a contributor for PMBOK 7th Edition. Akbar has spoken at numerous international conferences such as PMO Global Award Conference 2020, PMO Impact Summit 2020, and PMO Trends Conference 2019. He is also a co-founder and lead-organizer at PMOPI, the first PMO Community in Indonesia.

Stuart has been doing PMOs for the last 25+ years, and in that time has been in PMOs which have supported projects, programs and portfolios. He has been involved on the change board for the P3O manual issued in the UK and been associated with the APM (Association of Project Management) in the UK helping with their capability assessment. Earlier this year he published a book on PMO Services to cover a gap in the market to help explain what and how a PMO can help an organization.

As Senior Vice President of Global Operations, Tim Short is responsible for ensuring KeyedIn customers not only successfully implement KeyedIn software, but also that they achieve their long-term business objectives and form a lasting partnership with the KeyedIn team. In executing those responsibilities, Tim leads teams of experienced professional services consultants, support technicians, training and education practitioners, and customer success managers. Tim brings 20+ years of project and portfolio management experience to KeyedIn. Having led global, cross-functional project management offices (PMOs) at businesses such as Twinlab and CHG Healthcare, Tim has a keen sense of the struggles IT and portfolio management leaders face in fulfilling their demanding roles. With that knowledge and experience, Tim has been instrumental in growing the KeyedIn customer experience organization into a world-class team of PPM domain experts who are deeply invested in the success of KeyedIn customers. Prior to KeyedIn, Tim held leadership positions in customer experience, professional services and portfolio management at Workfront, CHG Healthcare, Twinlab and Robert Half International. Tim studied business at The University of Utah, and holds a Masters Certification in Project Management from Villanova University.

Over the past 2 decades, Christoph has continuously worked to improve the effectiveness of organizations while improving the work life of those involved. Experiences include strategy development, strategy execution, agile transformation, product development, Post-Merger-Integration, economics research. Today, Christoph is a Managing Director at SaaS company Meisterplan, which he joined in 2015. Prior to that, he worked as a Management Consultant at the Boston Consulting Group and ran a FinTech company, 3C.

Nicole Reilly is an independent consultant with 25 years’ experience in operations and change across the financial services, technology, transport & FMCG industry sectors. As the founder of Growth Through Knowledge, Nicole’s work typically involves either introducing new portfolio or programme office functions or identifying ways to enhance existing services. With a strong background in data and business analysis, Nicole facilitates effective decision-making by enabling better visibility and access to insight and information.

Angela has 18 years experience in the Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and Enterprise Work Collaboration space. She spent 13 years at Oracle in Product Management and then Solutions Engineering, focused on the Oracle PPM suite. She was a known go-to expert on PPM, and brought into the most complex sales opportunities across the world. Given the diverse nature of the PPM customer base, she’s supported numerous vertical industries, including Engineering & Construction, Professional Services, Oil & Gas, and Public Sector. For the last few years, she’s been a visionary leader at Clarizen, the leader in enterprise work collaboration and project management solutions – where she relishes in the challenge of evangelizing Clarizen not only as a PPM tool, but as a platform that allows everyone in an enterprise to manage all aspects of work.
