Mustafa is a program and project management professional, PMO Leader, knowledge management expert, author, instructor and strategy implementation professional with a 25-years’ experience in aerospace, defense electronics and manufacturing. He is the co-founder and past president of PMI Turkey Chapter and representative of KMI (Knowledge Management Institute) in MEA. He's been teaching Project Management Courses at various universities such as Middle East Technical University and TED university. Mustafa is the core team member for PMI’s Practice Guide: Governance of Projects, Programs, and Portfolios and Core Team member for PMI’s Practice Guide: Benefits Realization Management. Mustafa has been organizing the only PMO Summit in Turkey for 6 years. He is managing partner at Advisors Turkey.

Abbigail Meah-Ali is a professional with over 24 years of expertise in quality and construction project management. In her current full-time role as Manager, Construction Services, she has successfully overseen a broad range of projects, aligning them with corporate strategies while ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Abbigail is also Certified Trainer for the Profession Education and Certification Board (PECB), an American Society Quality (ASQ) ConnEx Expert and a Maxwell Leadership member. Abbigail's professional certifications are extensive, including PMP, Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, and Certified Quality Engineer, among others. She is a member of the Chartered Quality Institute (CQI), where she contributes to the Construction Special Interest Group and Sustainability Special Interest Group. Her commitment to quality and project management excellence is demonstrated through her active participation in industry conferences and as a mentor and speaker at various prestigious events.

John is a PMO/Delivery leader with over 20 years’ experience in the project and PMO space. He heads up HotPMO, a PMO Consultancy that helps organizations deliver the right things faster.

Erik K. Rueter, PMP, PMI-ACP, has over 20 years of experience in diverse industries, including tech startups, academia, healthcare, and entertainment. Currently, he is a senior project manager at the American Marketing Association. Erik holds a BA in neuroscience from Wesleyan University, with further education in digital design, Irish studies, and MicroMasters in Design Thinking and Project Management from the Rochester Institute of Technology. He is also certified in diversity and inclusion by Cornell University. Erik's contributions to the field include co-authoring papers on health inequity, lecturing at Boston and Emerson Colleges, and advocating for diversity and inclusion with organizations like Medtronic, VSP, and the San Antonio Spurs. He has spoken, in person and virtually, at PMI Greece, PMI Michiana, and PMI Global Summit, among others. He has appeared on podcasts such as "Confessions of a Higher Education CMO" and "I Wanna Work There!" and contributed to the books “Mastering Solutions Delivery” and "The Evolution of the PMO," both key resources for project managers. Gero is a co-founder of Program Framework, a Microsoft Partner who specializes in transforming Project Portfolio and Risk management with Microsoft cloud technologies. Having worked with hundreds of organisations over the years, he has a deep understanding of the tools needed by PMOs to become strategic business partners, rather than stagnating as mere admin functions drowning in spreadsheets. PMO leaders nowadays recognize that it takes a data-driven approach to elevate a PMO, but they may not realize that the Microsoft cloud platform already in place in their organization is ideally equipped to deliver it. Much of Gero’s work is about explaining how modern Microsoft cloud technologies can be applied to solve project portfolio management challenges, and he is also one of the designers of Program Framework’s flagship PPM product, Power Framework, built in the Microsoft Power platform.
