Wolfram Müller is internationally known as a speaker, author, and expert on self-organized changes based on the "Theory of Constraints." Prior to his work with Brightline, Ricardo was Director of the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) Infrastructure and Project Management Group, leading more than 1,000 projects and $1.2 billion in humanitarian and development projects. Ricardo holds a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from Federal Fluminense University in Brazil and an undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering, a master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Federal University of Minas Gerais in Brazil.

Antonio Nieto-Rodriguez is a leading expert in project management and strategy implementation, recognized by Thinkers50 with the prestigious award “Ideas into Practice.” He is the author of the “HBR Project Management Handbook”, “Lead Successful Projects”, “The Project Revolution” and “The Focused Organization”, and has been teaching project management for almost two decades to senior executives through Duke CE, Skolkovo, Solvay Business School, and Vlerick. Susanne Madsen is an internationally recognised project leadership coach, trainer and consultant. She is the author of The Power of Project Leadership (now in 2nd edition) and The Project Management Coaching Workbook. Working with organisations across the globe she delivers leadership development programmes and executive coaching to help project and change managers step up and become better leaders. Prior to setting up her own business, Susanne worked in the corporate sector leading high-profile programmes of up to $30 million for organisations such as Standard Bank, Citigroup and JPMorgan Chase. She is a fully qualified Corporate and Executive coach, an NLP Practitioner, DISC accredited and a regular contributor to the Association for Project Management (APM).

Donna Fitzgerald managed her first IT program more than a decade before the 1996 version of the PMBoK was published. In the mid-90s, she became active in the nascent agile development community and later wrote for Tech Republic as the Nimble PM. In 2007, she joined Gartner’s equally nascent PPM research group, where she spent ten years. She’s the founder of Nimble PM and probably the most opinionated person when it comes to project management! While she’s occasionally accused of being an iconoclast, her commitment to helping PMs deliver successful projects and programs has never wavered.
