As a PM & PMO Trainer and Consultant, Akbar has helped many organizations and professionals develop their project management capability. Akbar was leading major initiatives at Pelindo 2, Telkom Indonesia, Kepolisian Dalam Negeri, Kepolisian Republik Indonesia, and many other initiatives. He was selected to be the Top 15 PMO Influencer of the Year Award 2021 & 2020 and he was also serving as part of the Judging Committee for the PMO Global Awards 2021 & 2020. Akbar was a co-author of Panduan PMO Indonesia and also listed as a contributor for PMBOK 7th Edition. Akbar has spoken at numerous international conferences such as PMO Global Award Conference 2020, PMO Impact Summit 2020, and PMO Trends Conference 2019. He is also a co-founder and lead-organizer at PMOPI, the first PMO Community in Indonesia.

Dev Ramcharan has worked in, built and managed Project Management Offices for over 20 years, in Banking, Telecommunications, Municipal Government and in Health Care. Dev has extensive experience as an organizational development consultant, focused on individual and organizational change. His services have included Emotional Intelligence advancement program development and Culture Change. Dev is a PMP, a CSM, and is certified as a Prosci Change Management Practitioner, a Career Transition Coach, a Corporate Trainer, and an Emotional Intelligence Assessor, Trainer and Coach.

Hans is the Founder and CEO of Project Governance APS who has 25 years of experience within the P3O area. He has held all of the following positions: Functional head, Head of PMO, Steering committee chairman, and Senior project and program manager. Hans has extensive experience within the pharmaceutical, engineering and product development industries. Since 2010 Hans has been heading Project Governance, a consulting company operating in northern EU, focusing on PMO development and Project management training. Hans has a Msc in Human physiology from University of Copenhagen, a bac. in Spanish from Universidad de Granada, and an eMBA from Henley Business School. Hans spends 50% of his time with corporates developing PMOs and 50% as investor and chairman of start-ups

As an enterprise Agile coach, Paula has empowered people in moving to Agile roles or in ensuring they were a strategic partner in the Agile transformation. She has coached PMO directors, portfolio managers, product managers, Scrum Masters, Agile business analysts, and engineers in their successful transitions. To greatly enhance our training, coaching, and consulting, we utilize reusable approaches to create objective metrics. These approaches are informed by an extensive background in Value Stream Assessments, IT Portfolio Management, Business Intelligence, Business Agility, and Agile. To extend my contribution and service, I have partnered with Donna Wells. Donna has coached hundreds of leaders in how to transform their organizations. Rich Stewart, our advisor, created a PMO for the largest insurance company in Florida and is now the Global Head of Business Agility Solutions for IHS Markit.

Stuart has been doing PMOs for the last 25+ years, and in that time has been in PMOs which have supported projects, programs and portfolios. He has been involved on the change board for the P3O manual issued in the UK and been associated with the APM (Association of Project Management) in the UK helping with their capability assessment. Earlier this year he published a book on PMO Services to cover a gap in the market to help explain what and how a PMO can help an organization.

Andrea Cirelli is a strategic PMO leader and Project Management Practice Manager professional, with strengths that include finding efficiency in how projects are executed and ensuring project resources are set up for success. She has achieved a Master Certificate in Project Management and has worked on developing best practices, standards, and procedures with a focus on the human side of projects. She is excited about helping organizations and project management resources have the tools they need to be successful.

Susanne Madsen is an internationally recognised project leadership coach, trainer and consultant. She is the author of The Power of Project Leadership (now in 2nd edition) and The Project Management Coaching Workbook. Working with organisations across the globe she delivers leadership development programmes and executive coaching to help project and change managers step up and become better leaders. Prior to setting up her own business, Susanne worked in the corporate sector leading high-profile programmes of up to $30 million for organisations such as Standard Bank, Citigroup and JPMorgan Chase. She is a fully qualified Corporate and Executive coach, an NLP Practitioner, DISC accredited and a regular contributor to the Association for Project Management (APM).
