Pierre Le Manh is the President & Chief Executive Officer of the Project Management Institute. As a global executive with a multi-cultural background, Pierre Le Manh brings a proven track record of delivering results and guiding organizations through complex transformations. He is passionate about leading teams in innovating and creating new ways to disseminate specialized knowledge, upskilling and education. Pierre Le Manh most recently led Galileo Global Education’s expansion project in North America. Galileo is the European leading provider of higher education serving more than 170,000 students across an international network of 54 institutions and high-growth education technology platforms. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer North America and Global Deputy CEO at Ipsos, one of the world’s largest data, analytics, and insights companies. Pierre Le Manh played a crucial role in taking Ipsos from a $700 million primarily European-focused organization in 2004 to a $2.5 billion global leader in its industry in 2021, growing to more than 18,000 employees operating in 90 countries. Earlier in his career, Pierre Le Manh served as CEO of Consodata, a leader in first and third-party consumer data, precision, and digital marketing. He started his career at consulting giant Accenture before serving as CFO of performing arts non-profit Adami, CEO of digital publisher Encyclopaedia Universalis, and CEO of CFL Holding, a family office owning various assets in direct-to-consumer, marketing services, and real estate industries. Pierre Le Manh was born and raised in France by a Vietnamese father and a French mother. He has lived in several countries before settling in New York City in 2013. He speaks English, French and Italian. He likes traveling the world to visit his very large family and his friends, watching Paris Saint-German soccer games and wandering around Manhattan on his electric scooter. He has two sons who live in Paris and London.

Joel Albizo

Joel Albizo has more than 30 years of association management experience and is seen as an innovator within the association CEO community. In addition to original research and presentations on the competencies and development of future association CEOs, he is attuned to digital transformation and other trends impacting the nonprofit sector. Previously, he served as CEO for the Council of Landscape Architectural Registration Boards (CLARB), a regulatory body that works to protect the public’s health, safety, and welfare by establishing licensure standards for the practice of landscape architecture. Albizo earned his bachelor’s degree in mass communications at Towson University in Maryland. He is president of the Federation of Associations of Regulatory Boards, and a former board member and treasurer for the American Society of Association Executives.

André Kriger

André Kriger leads the IT organization from Telefonica Vivo, responsible for formulating their vision and execution of their respective strategies. Under his purview, IT is responsible for serving almost 100 million customers in Brazil. Within Vivo there are over 6500 personnel working at IT, both insourced and outsourced. As the Chief Information Officer, André concentrates on enabling key business transformations projects in B2C and B2B markets, focusing to improve the Customer Experience through adopting the newest technologies and creating platforms that meet rapidly the scale efficiency and provide agile service delivery, leveraging the company leadership for their innovative achievements spanning digital transformation. André also leads the IT2X Program which goal is to multiply the throughput to the business and better delivery time for the projects executed in IT. In his one-decade career inside Telefonica Vivo, André has held a variety of other senior leadership positions, including Vice President of Customer Care, responsible for managing 25K people and partners as well recognized for the FTTXcellence Award in 2013, being the pioneer in expanding fiber technology in Brazil. André has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from FAE, Curitiba Brazil and MBA from the FW Ollin Business School at Babson College in Massachusetts. André has been appointed as finalist for the TM Forum Excellence Awards 2019.

The Framework is currently implemented within several Downer Group business units and is resulting in significant cost and operational efficiency gains. Amireh is a PMO professional with over 20 years’ industry experience. She holds a Master of Information Technology from Macquarie University and is currently completing an MBA from the University of Sydney as well as being certified in PMO-CC, PMI-PBA, PRINCE2, and P3O. In addition to her formal qualifications, she is also a certified project management instructor and mentor. She has worked across various PMO platforms in Australia and abroad and is well-versed in the tailored PMO requirements to individual business needs. Amireh is an expert in developing project-specific workshops and training programs. Previous work experience with blue-chip companies such as Leighton Holdings and Downer EDI, as well as public service statutory organisations such as Sydney Water and the NSW Government, has given her a broad understanding of the nuances inherent with both private and public operations. Recently she is appointed as Chief Project Officer (CPO) for PMO Global Alliance.
