With over 30 years in the project management sphere, Louise has become a seasoned consultant, lecturer, and mentor, working across diverse sectors from Finance to Defence. Currently combining consultancy with a lecturing role at the University of Cape Town, she champions the leadership module for the Masters in Project Management. Her publication, "Stakeholder-led Project Management: Changing the way we manage projects," underscores her advocacy for stakeholder-centric approaches. She is a global PMO Awards judge and former chair of South Africa's PMO judging committee. Committed to fostering the next generation of project professionals, she offers mentorship globally, enriched by her Masters in Online and Distance Learning from the Open University, UK.

Leonardo Reyes has extensive experience leading PMOs in both the public and private sectors, spanning various industries such as automotive, transportation, banking, insurance, aviation, and pharmaceuticals. He began his career in Mexico City and is currently based in Barcelona, Spain. In addition to his consulting work, Leonardo is the founder of the PMOfficers global community, a collaborative platform for knowledge sharing and expansion. He is also the founder of PMOXperience, a consulting firm, and PMOAcademy, a training program dedicated to driving best practices in PMOs. He specializes in providing consulting services for PMOs, covering strategy, tactical planning, and execution. Leonardo has worked with notable companies including Grifols, HP, La Caixa, Banc Sabadell, Volkswagen Group, Crèdit Andorrà, and the Center for Telecommunications and Information Technology of the Generalitat de Catalunya (CTTI). Leonardo is an accomplished international speaker and has been a judge for the PMO Global Awards since 2019, hosted by the PMO Global Alliance. Passionate about strategy, blockchain, metaverse, and digital transformation, Leonardo brings a wealth of expertise and enthusiasm to the field of PMOs.

Pierre Le Manh is the President & Chief Executive Officer of the Project Management Institute. As a global executive with a multi-cultural background, Pierre Le Manh brings a proven track record of delivering results and guiding organizations through complex transformations. He is passionate about leading teams in innovating and creating new ways to disseminate specialized knowledge, upskilling and education. Pierre Le Manh most recently led Galileo Global Education’s expansion project in North America. Galileo is the European leading provider of higher education serving more than 170,000 students across an international network of 54 institutions and high-growth education technology platforms. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer North America and Global Deputy CEO at Ipsos, one of the world’s largest data, analytics, and insights companies. Pierre Le Manh played a crucial role in taking Ipsos from a $700 million primarily European-focused organization in 2004 to a $2.5 billion global leader in its industry in 2021, growing to more than 18,000 employees operating in 90 countries. Earlier in his career, Pierre Le Manh served as CEO of Consodata, a leader in first and third-party consumer data, precision, and digital marketing. He started his career at consulting giant Accenture before serving as CFO of performing arts non-profit Adami, CEO of digital publisher Encyclopaedia Universalis, and CEO of CFL Holding, a family office owning various assets in direct-to-consumer, marketing services, and real estate industries. Pierre Le Manh was born and raised in France by a Vietnamese father and a French mother. He has lived in several countries before settling in New York City in 2013. He speaks English, French and Italian. He likes traveling the world to visit his very large family and his friends, watching Paris Saint-German soccer games and wandering around Manhattan on his electric scooter. He has two sons who live in Paris and London.

Isolde Kanikani is a Transformation & OCM Delivery lead at Plat4mation, working with decision-makers on a daily basis to realise their Digital strategy and transformation stories. As a seasoned professional, Isolde is known to be a driving force and initiator who gets a lot of satisfaction from seeing a job well done. In the last years, she worked on complex global projects focused on organisational development and Governance, often working with HR or ERP implementations. In her early consulting years, there was a focus on small and medium businesses, quickly moving onto large global projects working with everything from digital transformation to change maturity building and organizational design. In the last 4 years, Isolde has carried out many speaking engagements, research and has started to publish some of her papers including: - A White paper on Change maturity published in October 2022 - A Chapter Building Change Maturity in the book Change Management During Unprecedented Times published in May 2023 - A Chapter Diagnosing Organisations in the Book Measuring the Effectiveness of Organizational Development Strategies During Unprecedented Times published in July As an entrepreneur, she has founded two successful businesses and considers herself a world citizen after many years of extensive professional travel meeting new cultures and ways of viewing the World. Sparked by mixed roots in New Zealand and the United Kingdom, she has lived in Argentina and Spain, finally putting down roots with her partner Fred in the Netherlands. She loves to learn, create community and grow things. Everything from Governance structures during an M&A transition to the jungle of plants in her home or the network she has been attentively building with Change professionals globally. The search for knowledge and growth through new experiences has led to an MBA, a Master's in Human resources management, and pro bono consultancy in the non-profit sector. Isolde has written her first book to be published in December, founded the Change management co-create group FUTURE:CM and organises a regular program of Change-related discussions and webinars. She has the privilege to sit on the ACMP Global Board of Directors working with this great team to further the strategic goals of ACMP. Passionate about helping new people enter the change profession and innovating current best practice with experienced peers. Apriel Biggs is a dynamic executive with more than 15 years of success in technical training, consulting. She is skilled at strategic planning for nationwide implementations, cross-functional leadership, and development of high-functional personnel. She holds the Scrum Alliance CSP-SM and CSP-PO certifications as well as the PMP and has served as an Agile Coach and has held an Executive Leader position at Yale University as Process Transformation Advocate.
